My Wife is a cancer patient and she wanted a wig, because chemotherapy caused her to lose her hair. During a busy day, although Ray had planned to go home, he stayed to help my wife try on wigs. He took extra time out of his busy schedule to make certain my wife picked out the wig she felt was best for her. Although, my wife and I immediately liked the first wig Ray recommended, he showed her several others to find the fit, color and style that was best for her. Ray's assistant Michelle was also very helpful and treated us like very important customers.

After ordering a wig that fit my wife's needs, we returned the following week to try it on. It fit well and looked great on her. Once again, Ray and Michelle went the extra mile, informing us how to put on the wig and how to care for it, striving to make certain my wife was thoroughly satisfied. They spent more time with us and provided more care than one would normally experience in a sales/service relationship.
